This website is provided for educational and informational purposes. You agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or introduce harmful code. We may suspend or restrict access where we consider use to be inappropriate.
Education & Coaching, Not Regulated Advice
Wealth with Fahmida provides financial education and coaching only. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, pension, tax or legal advice. Coaching is not regulated personal investment advice, and we do not provide personal investment recommendations through general website content. You should consider seeking independent, regulated advice appropriate to your circumstances before making financial decisions.
Investment Risk & Projections
Investing involves risk, including the potential loss of capital; investments can rise and fall and you may get back less than you invest. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Any calculations, projections or illustrations — including those in the VELAREM app — are hypothetical, based on assumptions and are not guaranteed outcomes. You remain responsible for your own financial decisions.
Paid Coaching Programmes
Booking a complimentary Wealth Strategy Call creates no obligation to enter into a paid coaching relationship. Any paid, one-to-one coaching programme is governed by a separate Coaching Agreement entered into directly with Fahmida Rahman. Programme delivery, fees, payments, cancellations, refunds, client responsibilities and confidentiality are set out in that separate Coaching Agreement, which takes precedence over these website Terms & Conditions where there is any conflict. Nothing in these terms alters or replaces the terms of an existing Coaching Agreement.
VELAREM
VELAREM (velarem.com) is a separate financial education and calculator platform with its own terms of use and privacy notice. Your use of VELAREM is governed by those separate terms, which these website Terms & Conditions do not modify or replace. Calculations within VELAREM are illustrative and not guaranteed.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images and design — is owned by or licensed to Wealth with Fahmida and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit it without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
Third-Party Links & Services
This website contains links to external services, including our booking provider (Cal.com), VELAREM, the book waitlist platform and social media. These are separate services with their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the content, functionality or practices of those external websites.
